Over the last 2 years, Leona has been developing a series of Artworks called 'The Lightbringers'. The Lightbringers are expressive figures who reach out into embracing and magestic postures in the form of paintings and sculptures. Leona's paintings are bold and vibrant images and uses colour to enhance well being. She is motivated to produce work that can have a centering and uplifting effect on the viewer which can be used in conjunction with quiet reflection and to aid relaxation. The Lightbringer sculptures have been made on a small scale and placed in photographs of various locations.
